Investment Director, Educate Global Fund
Sandrine Henton is the founder of Educate Global Fund (EGF), an investment advisor and asset manager dedicated to Education and its ancillary sectors. EGF seeks to improve educational outcomes and life chances for children in low-income communities with an initial focus on East Africa. The fund intended beneficiaries includes children and youth residing in refugee camps, internally displaced groups, rural areas and informal urban settlements. Alongside capital, EGF also provides operational and strategic support to small and medium businesses with a team based locally in Kenya.
Sandrine has over a decade of professional experience in strategy consulting and finance, including private equity commercial due diligence for businesses in emerging markets. She is a member of the Convergence Blended Finance platform, a trustee of Vital Health Africa (Uganda), member of the Council for United World Schools and formerly executive team member for London+Acumen. Sandrine holds an MSc in International Business from Maastricht University, and was part of the inaugural class of the Oxford Impact Investing Programme at Said Business School.
