Celia’s background in international development has seen her managing projects in Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Cambodia. She was awarded a Young Social Pioneer with the Foundation for Young Australians in 2013, and is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs. In 2014, Celia relocated to Cambodia to launch SHE Investments, a social enterprise with the vision of a world where investment in women in developing economies is seen as opportunity, not charity.
