Enkhjin has over 20 years’ experience working in public and private sectors, diplomatic mission and international development organisations in Mongolia. With a background in international project management and law, Enkhjin has successfully led both national and subnational level development projects that promote human rights, women empowerment, transparency and civic engagement in Mongolia. Her most recent works include activities to strengthen the capacity of law enforcement officers to combat domestic violence and trafficking in persons, create enabling environment for women entrepreneurs and prevent child sexual abuse in Mongolia. Her interested areas are gender equality, leadership and community development. She enjoys providing voluntary support for CISV Mongolia NGO (Children’s International Summer Village), a branch of CISV International committed to educate and inspire children.
