Angel Saltos is the Executive Director of Moonlight International, LLC - a Washington, DC based International Business Development boutique firm. During his international career, and for over the last two decades, Angel has been responsible for leading and implementing corporate and institutional business development, engagement/outreach programs for Fortune 500 conglomerates such as IBM, SAP, Compaq, Microsoft, Intel and Dell representing them vis a vis foreign governments, International Financial Institutions and highly visible business and political stakeholders globally.
Angel is one of the founders and first President of the Ricky Martin Foundation (2004). He created the guiding philosophy, programmatic base and worldwide strategy of multi Grammy award winner Latin artist Ricky Martin’s charitable organization, which focuses in combating human trafficking. Angel’s expertise working with the entertainment industry, government relations, cause-related philanthropy, and public advocacy has been key for his clients’ successful execution of numerous business and corporate social responsibility programs in various hemispheres.
Angel specializes in working with the US Government, US Think Tanks, Business Associations, Multilateral Development Banks, (The World Bank Group, Inter American Development Bank, Andean Development Bank, etc.) as well as with global Financial Cooperation Agencies (USAID, UN Agencies and bilateral donors).
Angel Saltos, born in Ecuador and a US citizen, is a resident of Washington, DC. His academic work includes a Business Administration degree from The American University, an MBA in International Marketing from Marymount University as well as advanced studies in the areas of Education and International Development
