Venture Capitalist and entrepreneur
Adam Parr is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur based in Oxford. Adam’s varied career has included finance, law and industry; and he has lived and worked in Japan, Australia, South Africa and France as well as the UK. Between 2006 and 2012 Adam was chairman and chief executive of the Williams Formula One team. He is currently chairman of Mind Foundry Limited, the machine learning spin-out of Oxford University’s Engineering Department; a director of Cosworth Limited and teaches strategy at the University’s Blavatnik School of Government. Adam’s second book, co-authored with Ross Brawn, Total Competition - Lessons in Strategy from Formula One is published on 3 November 2016. Adam is a graduate of Cambridge University and holds a PhD from University College London.
