At Uber, Tracey created human trafficking education with Cindy McCain and national experts, and created Uber's first safety tips for riders. Tracey continues to lead Uber's global women's safety, human trafficking and gender-based violence initiatives. Tracey's passion extends beyond her work. She speaks professionally on crisis communications, public safety and gender-based violence. She is Vice President of the non-profit Kick at Darkness, founded by a survivor of child sex trafficking, that helps fund healing services for survivors of human trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and hate crimes. Tracey hopes to educate and empower others, ultimately changing lives together.
