Co-Founder, Young Achievers Empowerment Project
Bernardus Steven Harageib has more than 10 years' experience in the non-profit sector currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Work. He is a social commentator, addressing a range of youth, social and current affairs issues. He is the co-founding member of a youth initiative called Young Achievers Empowerment Project.
He is a strong advocate for the mainstreaming of mental health programming to provide mental health including counselling and psychosocial support services through empowering lay counsellors. His work in gender-based violence programming has focused on reframing the narrative for men to be allies to end gender-based violence.
