In the fourth episode of TC Talks, Dr Rasmus Nielsen, Director of the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford, sits down with our CEO to discuss how COVID-19 has changed our news consumption habits – and what this means for the news industry as a whole.
According to Rasmus: “The big impact is the acceleration of a move to a more digital, more mobile, and more platform-dominated media environment. People who were habitual print readers will, in some cases, return to the habit of picking up print. But many of them will have found, as many of us have over the years, that digital is more convenient, more compelling, and offers a great variety of choice.”
