Founder, Calabar Youth Council for Women’s Rights; Founder and CEO, Africave
Kennedy founded the Calabar Youth Council for Women’s Rights (CYCWR) which works to expand access to rights for women in the areas of female genital mutilation (FGM), domestic abuse, forced child marriage and access to education for girls.
Recently, he founded Africave: a talent-development enterprise aimed at identifying, training and mentoring the best young Africans and connecting businesses to reliable African talent.
He has been recognized personally by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and has won President Obama’s fellowship for young African leaders. He is the pioneer Nigerian recipient of the prestigious Yenching Scholarship (China’s Rhodes Scholarship).
In the future, Kennedy aspires to become Nigeria’s youngest President with the goal to build adequate foreign policy bridges that will set Nigeria on the path to actualizing its full economic potential.
